    Hired Reliable to check furnace problems. Tech arrived & turned it on. It ran so he said it was fine. 3 days later I hired a competitor to recheck same problems. He found glow plug had been left loose. After checking airflow in all vents ( which reliable didn't do) he discovered 3 vents had zero output. After reattaching and sealing 3 ducts the furnace is now working great. My mistake was assuming Reliable would send a professional who would troubleshoot the system to find the problem. This was out of the *************** office.
