      Hello:I hope all is well with you. Thanks for taking the time to review my complaint and for making me the best part of Huhtamaki Company Manufacturing. Recently, I experienced an issue with your ****** Plate Products. I reached out to you by email numerous times and I have not received a response. I find this offensive and inappropriate. I have taken the time to reach out to you and I find my time valuable. Moreover, I attempted to call you by phone, but have experienced long wait times. I have been unable to connect with a live agent. At this moment, I would like a replacement, reimbursement, and coupon for the defective product.When a customer has to escalate to this level, it is an issue.       Background of Inquiry
      ******************** <***********************> reached out to Huhtamaki via BBB of Northern ******* regarding defective product. She claims to have tried to provided this information multiple times on the website in the contact us/comments section over the last month. She was unable to connect to a live agent after long wait times. She purchased the product via ******.

      04/03/2023 - *********************** received Complaint ID ******** via email. 
      04/07/2023 - *********************** had called the consumer twice and sent an email - no response as of 04/07/2023. I also looked up the consumer's name, and I show no emails connected with the name.
      04/11/2023 Made contact with consumer
      04/17/2023 - Mailed her envelope for sample return and included six coupons, value $3.99 each.

      Tested the form and analyzed form entries, no issues found. 
      Manually looked through all the entries from the beginning of the year through today did not find any entries that contained "*******", "*****" or ************************ We also checked the forms spam entries for the same.
      Tested the form successfully on the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Android Chrome, iOS Safari.
      Verified there are multiple entries received every day since the beginning of the year, indicating it's unlikely that the form was not working (on the server side) for any extended period of time.
      Checked if inquiries are capable on www.Chinet.com, and they are not.

      No reviews or messages from the consumers first name, last name or email address.

      Target.com reviews submitted on Chinet products on ******.com: 
      No reviews or messages from the consumers first name, last name, email address, *****, or *******. All reviews under 3 stars have been responded to on ******.com.

      It's possible the customer was submitting on a different page or site (they reference they submitted in the "contact us/comments" section). This and the long hold time could indicate they submitted to ******.com general inquiries and not on Chinet products or the Chinet website: www.mychinet.com  
      We would need more details to research any further, like the *** they submitted feedback on, what they submitted in each field, the browser, and the device they submitted on, and the ************* submitted.
      The consumers address is in *****, curious why this BBB inquiry came through Northern *******.
