    This is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. ***** [Owner] is Unprofessional and Disrespectful to customers he feels he can get away with it. If you are going to have professional work done, you must ensure that the wood material; including planks, pickets, and hardware are new; not old with weathering, discolored and fading wood that is already deteriorating for a gate that is not even 1-year old. For $7,500.00, which is a lot of money and doesnt grow on trees, no matter how many times you are called out to correct your wrongs on installing a "soon to be" failing gate due to old material and hardware being used, you ought to fix. Not to mention, the first time his workers came out, they informed that used old wood was used from the warehouse to get rid of the old inventory that have been sitting for years. More details attached in the letter of dismay.

    Her fence has been fixed over and over again though we are not responsible for wood swelling up or warping And it says that on the contract I still went over there over and over again to be a nice guy and fix stuff for her Ive been cussed out by her and her son she wants her gate ware changed because she keeps leaving the gate open and it swinging back and forth damaging the parts and Ive told her from day one to keep her gate shut and if she leaves it open what would happen she ignored me on that one and I still went over there to fix it anyways you can not make this woman happy you can tell her its sunny outside and she will cuss you out and argue with you over that even though the sun is shining and not a cloud in the sky guess some people you just cant make happy
