    I've been coming to this station for years and service has gone down drastically! Clerks are respectable, however, there's never any paper at pumps to get receipt and washroom has been out for over 6 mos! 1 of the clerks advised that someone overdosed and died in their washroom back in Dec'21 and this is the reason don't allow patrons to use!!??? When asked why unable to get receipt when paying at pump, this same employee advised their manager said it's not their job to replenish paper receipt at pumps!!!??? First, it's been almost a year since the unfortunate situation mentioned above but what about your reputable patrons??? Secondly, if it's not the clerks' job to put receipt paper in at pump 1) then whose job is it?? And 2) what's the point of paying at the pump if I have to go in to get my receipt??? These examples are clearly NOT ones of GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I sent an email directly to ******************************** and now I'm posting here! I was told **** and ******************************* are the owners of ALL the ******************************* Stations located in ******* but naturally, can't find anything for them. However, I CAN take my business to another EXXONMobil where it's appreciated!!!
