5 starsWe contacted Rosenwinkel Insurance in Crown Point because our current insurance carrier keeps raising our rates upon every renewal. We contacted our current carrier to ask why our rates for both our home and autos keeps going up since we have not had any claims and they said they could lower our coverages if we wanted to pay less. We decided to contact an independent agent because they represent more than one company and talked to Joy and then Tami in the Crown Point office. They bent over backwards and worked hard for 2-3 days to get us coverages for lower premiums. The homeowners didn't save as much as the auto but the coverages are better than we have. 5 starsI have been with Tami and her team around 6 years now. They helped me with the process of buying my home and have stood by me ever since. They've had my back time and time again. Being a woman and a senior, I've had two strikes against me. Over the years, I've learned to be leery of most businesses, especially if they deal with my car or my home. But from day one, Tami and her team have treated me with respect and kindness and honesty. And as for us seniors ,you can't beat their price. I mean it. Not one can compare with their price or their service. Every one of their team that I've ever dealt with are at the top of their game. They treat you like you are part of the family. 5 starsI can not say enough good things about Tami and her team at Rosenwinkle! 1st of all, they have the best customer service. I have never talked to anyone there that doesn’t seem happy and willing to help. They go above and beyond and have made every experience we’ve had with them simple and smooth. We recently bought a new home and they helped get us the best quote to save us money, along with making sure the policy was exactly what we needed. They take the stress and confusion out of finding the best policy, and help you each step of the way. If you haven’t already, I would definitely give them a call! 5 starsI’ll be honest and say, I can be an extremely difficult client, not only for my lack of knowledge in the insurance world but my dislike for it in all angles. Tammi spent MANY MANY HOURS going over my complex file with our home, multiple cars and rental homes. She’s extremely friendly making you feel like long time friends, no matter what stresses are going on in her life. She also has an abundance of knowledge in the insurance world that can be a bit overwhelming if your ignorant like me but she’s does a great job explaining. From the moment I stepped in Rosenwinkel Insurance in Crown Point it was nothing but professional and exceptional business from the start. Tami secured our annual premiums at an unbelievable lower premium than any other agency we contacted. We were amazed at the rates for which we qualified, and were able to include an umbrella policy for far less than basic coverage we had been quoted from other agencies as well.
