    Buyer BEWARE!!! Purchased an alternator for our boat after reading reviews. Alternator has now failed less than 60 days from order date. When interlight was called we were informed that we have NO WARRANTY, and to add insult to injury they assess a 25% restocking fee for each 30 days after purchase. AND the consumer is responsible for shipping costs to send the item back. To make matters worse, the customer service operator almost sounded happy about delivering piece after piece of bad news!!Please think twice before supporting this company with your business!!

    Ordered a bulb and they sent me what they deemed to be a suitable replacement when it is a different length (won't fit in my fixture) and wattage (fixture states do not go above 16 *****). They want me to pay to return it when they are the ones that advertise they have in stock one bulb but then send a completely different one. The fact they also make you pay for returns when it is their fault is insane. Never order from here.

    Unprofessional company. Ordered a laptop battery with expedited shipping. The business is located in *******, I'm in ********. It should be received even by **** in a couple of days. The company didn't inform me that the item was not in stock and they had to order it on the slow boat from *****. They claimed they shipped it and have no idea when it's going to arrive. The tracking number is totally useless. I'm going to return it immediately, of course I've have to pay for shipping and this fraud of a company probably going to chare a restocking fee. They claim they can't cancel or refund my money till the package arrives (whenever that is). Refunds are allowed thirty days after purchase not when received (it could take thirty days from *****). Bought another battery from a reputable company, shipped promptly, tracking number was valid, and arriving in three days from ordering. Ordered battery from Interlight on May 30,2023, almost two weeks ago. Tracking number is useless, they don't know where the package is, and this company is a scam.

    Switch and bate ordered printer mount, invoiced on Monday billed card price showed on web site and invoice of $94.96 get a call on Friday at 3pm stating that the price is now $224.23 for the item, how dose an item jump $129.27 over 4 day period. I already had it bid to customer at $94.96. I can buy direct from ram mount for $103 shipped to the door. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE. Run away I will make sure I let everyone and there brother know to stay away from this company

    Bought a couple bulbs for a microscope I ordered 2 I didnt work when I called them they were so rude I hung up and threw away both bulbs , Not worth talking to. Talk down to you and that *** be ok for the east coast but where I am from no people work with people. Not every one that orders from you is running a scam at all.

    Terrible company and terrible customer service skills. Ordered a battery - specific by number for my projector - and received the box as normal. My projector was not out yet, but was showing signs of going out, which is why I ordered the battery to begin with. This was just a few months ago. Today, I open the box, it's not even the battery I ordered. I called and was told that I was out of luck and that was it. I pressed for a supervisor and the agent got short with me and said she would give me an email where I could forward my complaint to, but she would not let me speak to anyone else. She was extremely rude. So basically they stole close to $300 from my non-profit company! DON'T USE THEM!

    Placed a order for three batteries. Numerous calls made to them and and 1 month later, I received the wrong batteries.Returned them asap but 6 months later, still no replacement batteries and no refund. These people are either very incompetent or just scammers

    Terrible customer service. I purchased a lightbulb from Interlight on 5/27/22. The item was damaged. I called on June 6th and send pictures as required by the customer service department. I never got a response. I called on July 21st and the customer service department said, "you have exceeded the 30 day guarantee period". Interlight is a terrible company. I did whatever the customer service department asked but did not receive a replacement bulb or a refund. This company should be closed down.
