    The business has been charging me a monthly fee of $21.39 a month for 9 month as "membership fees". I NEVER signed up for any membership with them. I live far away from them and would have no reason to sign up for a membership. I was able to get 4 of those months refunded by disputing the charges with my bank.I would like to get the rest 5 months fees that they charged me refunded to me. A total of $106.95 I am attaching my charges and refunds from this business in year 2024 and 2025 - attached.

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. At Ninja Kidz Action Park, we strive to ensure that every guest has a positive experience and we take all concerns seriously.
    After reviewing the information provided, we understand that Ms. ****** was charged a monthly membership fee of $21.39 for several months and disputes the charges on the basis that she did not knowingly enroll in a membership. While our records show that a membership was indeed created and active in our system, we recognize that misunderstandings can occur and we do not wish for any customer to feel unfairly treated.
    In the interest of resolution and customer ****************************, we are issuing a full refund for the remaining five months in question, totaling $106.95. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
    We are committed to providing transparent service and have taken additional steps to review our membership sign-up process to prevent similar situations in the future.
    If there are any further questions or if Ms. ****** requires confirmation of the refund, we are happy to assist directly. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve this matter.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    The business indicated they would refund to me 6 payments but I only see 3 that have been refunded from my end - from my bank records.  I am attaching what my bank records show to this message.

    I will gladly accept the business response when I see all 6 promised payments refunded.
