    The approximate date of the transaction was June 27, 2023 for sewer mitigation and replacement. The fee charged was also for a new bathroom since the sewer replacement made the fixtures non functional and contaminated with sewer water. The cost was for these services was $20,000 to Complete *********************************************** of ***************. I was told the peoject would be completed in approx. 4 days. Work was begun on the sewer immediately with a $2,500 down payment and paid in full on July 11, 2023 for $5,500; however, the work has never been completed. Work on the bathroom was begun July 26, 2023 for a down paymen of $5,000 and was paid in full on September 29, 2023 for $7,000 and has never been completed. On September 29, 2023 the contractor took the final payment of $7000 and never showed up again. He blocked phone calls from my myself and my daughter and became completely unreachable. My home is a *********** 2 bedroom one bath home. At that time of I had a functioning sink and toilet but no way to bath or wash clothes. At one time during this process I had to go 7 days without bathing. The contractor's sub-contractor for the bathroom came and worked on the bathroom for free 2 days and one day day for pay from me so that the bathroom had functioning fixtures. Information that he suppled to me was that he too was not able to reach the contractor and had not been paid for my project and a project he worked on before mine. To date the bathroom and sewer work have not been completed. I personally have had to buy equipment, supplies and labor from others. But anticipate sometime to have enough money to complete my bathroom I would like to add that I am 76 years old on Social Security and live with my daughter who has multiple health issues and my 8 year old grandson who is non-verbal autistic with developmental delays. These were issues completely known by the conractor who disappeared with my money and never completed his contractual obligations on this project.
