1 starNovember 8, 2024 Subject: Rogers Roofing - Substandard ******************* Dear BBB,I am complaining about Rogers Roofing for:Substandard Work: Multiple issues with roofing, siding, and gutters, including leaks and incorrect installations despite revisits.Communication Failures: Over 44 attempts by me to communicate, met with poor responsiveness and dismissive *******************/Warranty Issues: Late provision of invoices and warranty details, impacting insurance *************** Damage: Debris causing a flat tire, and general mess left post-job.Poor ***************** Staff were often condescending and failed to resolve complaints.Demands:Refund of $10,000 paid initially.Compensation for damages and distress.Their service has led to significant distress and potential property risks. 5 starsHad an estimate done, **** and **** were quick, efficient, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I've already referred Rogers to my daughter; love this company

2 starsThe salesman was excellent. They stated their goal is OUTSTANDING customer service. That is a lie. They said it would take 1 day to do the roof. It took 5 days (excluding Sunday) and that was after I called them every morning and taking off work. Excuses received were We have to pick up more shingles. They kept promising me that they would come out to finish the project the same if not the next day. The salesman stated they could do the roof of the gazebo on initial assessment. They couldnt. Also on the 5th day, they completed the job but left remaining boxes and material on the lawn. After paying close to $30,000, this is unacceptable. I have proof, photos WITH the day and time stamp and call records.Review fromJames L
