    On July 12, 2024, I entered into a contract with Sanchez Roofing to repair my roof. On August 13, 2024, I provided them with a cashier's check for $5,000 to begin the project. After all the necessary permits were obtained, they started the work around August 19, 2024. However, the job was left incomplete, and my roof is now sagging on both sides. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, they have refused to address this dangerous issue and new forthcoming issues.

    I entered into a contract with ********************** Roofing November 21, 2023. The contract was to repair a two car garage roof. To my knowledge the entire amount of all the repairs were listed on the contract individually. Mr. ********************** has thirteen years of experience so I trusted him to give me an accurate estimate. But, when the project was done he added almost an extra thousand to the bill. The bill states the extra money is for 11 extra rotten sheets. Upon inspecting the garage as a professional Mr. ********************** should have estimated I would need close to that amount of sheets replaced and added it to the estimate. He did not notify me of the extra charges while executing the project. When I emailed Mr. ********************** he said he tried to contact me. But, I have no record of him attempting to contact me. Mr. ********************** has two phone numbers and an email address in which he can contact me. However, when the job was completed he had no problem contacting me with the bill. I can understand a two hundred dollar difference in price but almost a thousand is excessive. I feel like Mr. ********************** is severely over charging me. Six thousand dollars is to much for a garage roof repair but seven thousand is ridiculous. Additionally, I gave the down payment to Mr. **********************'s son and I informed him at that time that I only have the amount on the proposal and no more. The son said ok. I would like the bill to be adjusted to original amount quoted. On the contract it explains how replacing wood and fascia would be an additional cost. Mr. ********************** gave me an estimate for the fascia and I assumed if he thought any wood would be needed to be replaced he would have included it in the estimate as well. The fascia was hanging so you could see under the roof tile a bit. Basically, I think he excluded the price of the wood from the estimate because he knew his price would not be competitive to other contractors.

    The costumer contact us 06/01/2023 and I sent the estimate #**** by 06/06/2023 and the costumer more than 4 months to read our terms and description of the work.
    before she sign the proposal she should read the  description of what was including the proposal, I'm not taking advantage of no any one, each of our proposal with other costumer has additional cost  of wood if needed, because we dont know the condition of the decking until shingles will be remove, even if we check from the inside is impossible to know how much will need, thats why we dont include that on the roof system replacement.
    about not getting communication, on my end I did tried to contact the costumer.
    December 5th 2023 I called the costumer to set up a date to start the project,send text message and nor respond, I received the automatic message saying: unable to receive message-blocking is active.
    so I decide sent an email and the  costumer did respond the email.

    12/11/2023 we start the project and I was running late we start the project little  and I send her a text message and the costumer not respond,I thought the telephone was disconected, I called later in the day on the process of the work and no respond.
    12/13/2023 I sent the report via email with pictures  showing what we replace and I didnt received and answer if she receieved any the pictures.

     I am rejecting this response because: Mr. ********************** has proven my point in his own words.   He believes that a signed contract means he can apply any amount to the bill.  The contract states zero for the permit but because he is upset that I am calling him out about his dishonest business practices he decided to send me another bill charging more money.  Mr. **********************s disrespectful response to a customer that has paid him over six thousand dollars is very upsetting. Please do not waste your time with this company.  You do not want to go through what I am going through.  As far as the emails are concerned, one of the emails was about him being late and another email he sent me pictures of the garage roof once he finished the job. All of the other emails were created after the work was done and we were going back and forth discussing the price increase. He is leading people to believe he was trying to contact me about the boards. He is a Liar.  Why would I not respond to Mr. ********************** and he is working on my house. It only took him two days to complete the roof. I have had a roof done before and the company informed me at the time of viewing the roof that I will approximately need x amount of wood it may be a couple more or a couple less. And they included the wood in the original price.  Mr. ********************** asked me how old the roof was.  I informed him that the roof was at least fifteen years old. So, I will state again as a professional roofer his estimate should have been a couple of hundred from the final payment.  It should not have been a thousand dollars difference in the price.  That price is out of the margin of reason without a discussion with the homeowner.  ****** Mr. ********************** did not email me until the roof was finished.  He did not give me the option to make a decision. Also, I explained to his son that I had no extra money so if it was an additional charge on top of the six thousand agreed upon then I did not want the work done. Mr. ********************** cannot just charge customers whatever he wants too.   I can see if it was only three or four boards that needed to be replaced but you mean to tell me that you did not know you had to replace the entire roof with boards.  I did read the contract, but I never would have thought that you would say you needed to replace that many boards I am not a professional roofer.  It did not take me four months to read the contract. I just do not have six thousand dollars laying around, I do have to earn the money Mr. **********************.

    at this time I'm just folllowed our Signed Agreement  has decribed. 

    I did not charge more than  what we replaced and I can proove that any time.

    I know who am I and dont want make this bigger than how looks.

     I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with the final invoice price.  I am willing to pay Mr. ********************** five hundred dollars more for a total of $6547.40. And, I would like my invoice to reflect paid in full once payment is received.
