    We hired *** and sons to build a house for us at ***************************************. We ( *********************** and *************************) have had issues with the building and completion of the house. We moved into our house about August 2023. NO final walkthrough was done because ***** refused to do the walkthrough with ****. She threatened to put a lean on the property if we did not make the final payment before the inspection by us was complete. I wanted to move into the house as a way to find mistakes and have them fixed. So I made the final payment with a certified check. We have had problems with many systems in the house. We have propane gas for heat-they installed the wrong type of water heater. We have an unfinished basement. The insulation is covered between the studs. The first time it rained we had water dripping from the insulation and running down the walls. We had a dehumidifier running at the time. The floor joists were not installed correctly. The inspector came to our home and had *************************** amend the floor problems. The garbage disposal leaked. The jetted tub in the bathroom leaked. The shelving brackets in the pantry were installed but not nailed into the studs. Thus many of my canned goods crashed to the ground breaking many jars and ruining my canned goods. We had our house inside walls painted with semi gloss paint. Every room has poor workmanship for painting and needs to be repainted. There is a crack in the drywall in the bedroom. There is a place outside the pantry ceiling that needs repaired as they started to put the attic access in the kitchen. There are issues with the cement to our front walkway. It is stained. The pad to the outside door in the garage is backwards. The railing from the garage into the house is not completed. There are many issues with the metal siding and roofing: screws missing, bubbling of metal, dents in the metal, scratches in the metal. The list of problems is endless. Our house is not completely built or repaired
