I am rejecting this response because:
The guy left a long message denying ever hearing from me. However, I immediately took a screenshot of the text that he sent telling me to call him after he left the Voice Mail. And it shows where I texted him in April of last year and he never responded. He had no response on why he never responded. He then asked somebody in the office if I had ever called and they said they had no phone log of me ever calling and they keep their phone logs. But then when I told him I called from the ****** number they said thats a lead tracking number and then wanted to know when I called so they could track the lead tracking number. Then they asked me what email I used and I showed them the email that I used which is listed on their website in multiple places and then he said that they dont use that email anymore, however, thats the email that they have listed on their website. so while he says he never heard from me its confirmed that I texted the owner of the company and he ignored my request and could not explain why he ignored it, its confirmed that I emailed the company with the email that they have listed on their website as the mode of contact, and also called the number thats listed on ****** when you ****** the business name. so while he wants to make his Better Business Bureau complaint look better by saying he was never aware of this, he was aware and spent the first portion of the phone call, trying to argue that I never contacted them instead of trying to take care of his client. It appears to me this company cares more about ****** reviews and Better Business Bureau do about taking care of their clients.Business Response

**** and ***** had a death in the family last week and has delayed them.

I am rejecting this response because:
tch will be trip #6 and the roof still looks awful at this point I would eathier like them to replace it all or take it off and I will have a different company do it I understand things happen but they have had 5 chances to make it right and it's still not I think I have been more than fair I'm really considering contacting an attorney I will not pay $19000 for a hack job I have 120 photos of the roof but I cannot get them to upload
They have been to my house 5 times this Saturday makes 6 I have text messages and photos to prove it instead of fixing it they just want to keep putting a bandaid on it and the installer did avoid me the day we were supposed to have a meeting he was set to be there between 3:30 and 4 at 4:45 I called him no answer so I called the office and then I get a text saying he was busy and would call later I also have that text message and I have been told by ***** and ***** that I should expect a call from ***** the owner and still have not got to talk to him nor has he came to look at my roof as I requested several timesBusiness Response

We have been in communication with him from day one since he called us about some issues that he had.
His complaint does not make sense. Yes, there was some things that needs changed and we have not been out there 5 time to try and fix it. We've been out there once and fixd some things that he wanted. But then he found more things. And so we met with him Last Saturday from this email and went over everything that he wanted to change.
And we have been in communication with him thus far and are currently working on getting it taken care of and resolved. We have not avoided him one time or have not told him that we're not going to fix it.

I had a metal roof installed for $13,000 dollars with a five yr. Workmanship warranty I have got a leak in the back part of the house. I have tried contacting this company a dozen times since the first of the yr. He is not responding, it's like he is blowing me off.i talked to the guy who sold it to us. He is no longer working for him because of this reason. He said many people are having the same issue, he won't stand behind his warranties or service agreements so he quit. My complaint has been open for a few months and the situation with the roofing company still hasnt been rectified. It is a rainy day and now the roof is leaking again into the house. I am wondering what my next course of action is now that the company doesnt seem to be responding to the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
The problem was a leak in the roof where the chimney and roof line meet. I have no idea if they ever came out and fixed the issue. No response in regards to a date and time when they will fix the issue.
Our vinyl siding has come loose once again after trying to get them to come out and fix the issue due to the roof install. They tried to fix the issue once before to no avail. I've received no response when this issue will be addressed.
There is more siding that isn't reattached from the install on the side of our house. I tried to have the company do a final walk through with us after the initial install to point these issues out, but I can't get any response from the company.
