    They Came Out Same Day And Also Have A Very Knowledgeable Owner Of The Company, A great Price Was Negotiated and all the details were Put In A Contract .They Were Out TO The Home within the Next Week! The Crew Was Also Very Professional and had a great way to explain Any Questions Or Concerns I Had During Installation They Worked Only 2 Days And Installed An Entire Drain Tile System And Pumps To My Specific Water Problem. I Have Had Contractors Do Work And Never Had A Great Outcome on any Of My Projects!!!! But I Can Tell You Give Them A Call And Let You Be The Judge

    I went to ****.com to search for a waterproofing business. I contacted one business and was waiting for them to get back to me when I received notification that another business in my area had been located. ***** called me shortly after I had received the notification and said he received my information from ****.com and could be out the same day and would call to let me know when he was headed my way. True to his word, he called and arrived when he said he would. After surveying the problem it was determined I needed a new sump pump. ***** quoted me the price and said he would have someone out the next day. The next morning I received a call from ***** letting me know he could have ****** out to my house that morning in about 20 minutes if that would work. I said it was perfect and ****** arrived when ***** said he would. ****** was very professional and courteous (as was *****) and within an hour my new sump pump was installed. ****** called ***** to confirm the price which was what ***** had quoted me and ***** said he would email me my receipt later that day. I received my receipt later that day as promised. I would definitely recommend Windy City Waterproofing. I am very satisified with their service.
