      On Saturday July 27 2024 @1720 I took my 2019 Ram 1500 Limited to Easy Clean Car Wash. The employee was guiding me onto track to wash truck when my left front tire was punctured. The employee then told me instead of backing out to continue on in which while my truck was on the track it rolled off due to no grip and damaged my left fender and left rim. I filled out paperwork, and called for towing service. *** called several times and have yet to be contacted or apologized to. I have estimates for damage but like I said *** called reach a secretary but the mgr they mentioned, ************** has not responded back. I need to know when I will be compensated for damages, please help resolve issue. Thank you.

      Dear *** or Madam,

      ****************** visited Easy Clean Car Wash in *******, ******** late July 2024.  Upon visiting the sales booth, ****************** was in a dispute with a female passenger in the pickup he was driving. Upon entering the car wash ****************** did not follow the instructions of the car wash entrance manager.
      He turned the wheel with both hands inside the conveyor and flattened the front left tire of the pickup.  As you watch the video, you can see at which point the tire was flattened.  The entrance manager tried to stop ****************** multiple times by waving his arms.  ****************** proceeded forward under his own vehicles power.  The entrance manager never hit the send car button. ****************** proceeded through the car wash under his own power,eventually driving off the conveyor and hitting the rinse arch. ****************** front left tire was flat after passing the roller up plate at the entrance. 
      Any vehicle with a flat tire will not proceed forward through a front wheel pull conveyorized carwash.  The resistance to move forward is too great.  The pusher will go right underneath the tire causing the vehicle not to move.  The only way ****************** pickup truck proceeded forward was under the vehicles own power and not by the power of the car wash.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      There was no dispute with my passenger (wife), she can attest. 2nd all the attendant was not paying attention guiding my vehicle in, he helped then stopped after saying to proceed forward after the tire was flattened, I asked the attendant do I have to back out in which he then instructed me to proceed forward on the track even though my tire was flat which shocked me. As the track pulled me through wash rack my vehicle rolled off track due to no grip from flat which incurred damages. If they interviewed there own employees that should be found out, I even filled out a damaged vehicle report this is very unacceptable and the company is only covering their own asset, not to mention I was never called and asked to explain situation. From the video its an only 8 second clip that doesnt show my damage received.
