I signed a proposal on 7/26/23, and I also spoke with the owner as well about the work that I wanted done, as some was not on the proposal. The work began in August/September, 2023. We had agreed. I had a new electrical break panel installed and upgraded, however, many of the outlets in my home do not work. The **** receptacle for the laundry no longer works, and there appears to be a shortage, it keeps popping on red. I have been unable to use my washer and dryer for some time now, and I am now going to the laundromat. In my kitchen my outlets keep going out. One time I had to use an extension cord to get power to the left side of the kitchen. I reset the circuit, but they keep going out. This never happened before the update, as is the case with my front room outlets, especially at the door way. Many of the led can lighting is loosely put in and the one put in my bathroom cracked the ceiling. I had a dropped ceiling and once they realized that they should have put the can led lights through the ceiling tiles, instead of removing the tiles, so now I have a dropped ceiling with holes and can lights, but no tiles. They should have not removed those tiles. Also, the ceiling fan in the front room should have been replaced, and one of the workers told me he would order a vent cover for over the stove, and come back once they found the right size. I have not heard from them since. I called the City to ask for an inspection and was told that Foster electric was supposed to pull a permit for work. You can see some of the can lights are loosely put in as well. I paid $5,495.61 for the work done.
