      On June 17th, I called Centers for Digestive Health, ********, IN for a colonoscopy procedure that I was schedule for the next day after calling over 10 times to their scheduling office. After no assistance from the staff their and receiving contradicting information from every person I spoke to someone. My wife had to intersect and pick up regarding information and confirming appointment for this procedure, she received no actual information from this medical facility either. She then went online to their website and noticed that they do not have a proper website with working links. She noticed that the privacy policy, HIPAA policy, and terms of use are invalid (null) on their website (************************) leaving us to wonder; if they are an actual business or scam because of the disclosure not being posted on their website. My wife looked further into their corporate which MODMED Modernizing Medicine tried to reach out but no luck either. If this is a scam, please notify us immediately because we had to reschedule my procedure.They claim to have excellent customer service, adequate professional employees, and certified doctors but after my ordeal with them. It leaves me to wonder if they are proper licensed business or just operating without a proper license.
