  I contacted this business to take a CNA class. The lady took $99 dollars to register for the course and then charged $915 dollars for the remainder of the course. I also paid for CPR training included in the price my CPR training was never done, even though this business took $65 for the course. The instructor/ business owner was late to class and clinicals and made the course unbearable due to her being unprofessional, changing scheduled meetings. Also talking to students negative and breaking our confidence. I would like a full refund for this course and cpr course which was never provided.

  A complete joke ! I hadnt been in school for a long time, so I was nervous about the adjustment and I cant say i learned ANYTHING in this class . The only people i can say taught me hands on was ******* for the couple time she was there. ****************** was ********** hungry everything was about the money ! when she came she comes late will always push class back then get mad in talk down on others when they have an emergency or something! And instead of helping people when their wrong or dont know anything she gets mad and started talking about I make ******* a year, I go on vacations and all these side conversations, saying she has a degree all types of things to make people feel low and embarrassed. Like what type of teacher does that. then she posting bikini pics on the ******** business page . And Me not being in school for years in trying to go do something productive in new to have like starting fresh in not knowing anything about nursing with this class i felt so discouraged. I feel like I still have to pay someone else to get the learning experience cause i literally didnt learn anything all we did was read the book and watch videos and for almost 1000 i couldve did that at home. Then she had us in a clinic site just threw us up there that the workers didnt teach us the right thing all the wrong then when i told her she then proceed to yelling and trying to embarrass us. I didnt feel welcome at all in this class. ******* She was always insistent on students being on time but she would show up 30+ mins late to every single class.She taught absolutely nothing and i just feel overall i wasted my time and MONEY!
