    I am very disappointed in the experience I had with the Webb Ford dealership in ********, *******. I presented to the dealerships service department seeking help with what I presumed to be a "Death Wobble" of my 2009 F-250. I explained to them my experience when driving between ***** miles per hour. They performed their diagnostic, and they told me they test drove the vehicle, and it wasn't technically a " Death Wobble". The truck would just require a wheel alignment, and some axial component replaced to resolve the issue. After said services were completed, they stated that in the future I should have my ABS module and HCU replaced as well but that the violent shaking was resolved. The very next day after picking up the vehicle, the same shaking took place at the same speed range, but more violently (I nearly lost control of my vehicle on the interstate). Yesterday, I retrieved my vehicle post HCU replacement, new brakes, rotors, and a new caliper, and the vehicle is still shaking violently when it speeds up to 50--70 mph and drives over any uneven ground. Approx. $5,000 in work later and my vehicle is still shaking in a life-threatening manner. Additionally, there was miscommunication between members of the team the entire time. There was inconsistent information being shared with me about warranty coverage, parts availability, etc. the entire month that my vehicle was back and forth with them. The line stated each time I spoke to a new team member was "I can't speak to what [insert another **** said to you", as if the goal was to avoid accountability as a business and pretend that each employee is an independent contractor. The lack of cohesion, communication, and accountability through the team was extremely unprofessional and disheartening. I should not have been subject to financially predator tactics from a business that has still yet to correct the initial issue I presented to their establishment for.

    Webb ford in ******** appears to run charges up on in experienced drivers.They ran and charged $170.00 for a diagnostic on a trim piece that did not have any wires or electrical connectors. When confronted with these facts, the service manager simply stated the customer authorized the diagnostic. End result if you sign something they are going to charge you for it!Buyer or person in need of service beware.

    About a year ago, my car was brought back here to the serivce shop because there was problems. ****************** called me to let me know that I needed a new engine because the coolant and oil was mixing with each other. They inform me that it was a manufacturing issue. 3 weeks later, they order a new engine but inform me that they were only going to replace a part of it becuase the engine wasn't contaminated all the way through. Fast forward to now, a few weeks ago I had to take my car in to another **** dealership because my engine was flashing. What a suprise, now I needed a new motor long block becuase coolant was leaking again. Which means, this **** dealership in Highland, IN did not do something right. But that's when I came to find out that **** tells them what to fix and not fix to save them money when they should have just repalce the whole engine in the first place. So the reason I'm giving them one star is because of the problem I had to deal with almost a year later again and when they didn't provide me a rental even though when I brought the car from there in 2021, I paid for coverage when things like this ,for example, happens. Even if they didn't have anything available at their site, they could of made arrangements for me because I was without a car for 3 weeks last time. Lastly, I take care of my car. it only has ****** miles on it and it's a used 2018. Currently now, it's running but hopefully nothing else majorly goes wrong.

    I bought a *************************** April I still currently owe $18 thousand for it they offered a free first time oil change I took it to them shortly after buying the truck they claimed I broke the dip stick to the oil and that was a lie I bought the truck from them and took it to them for my first oil change they claimed they put the yellow tab back on even through they took the metal part of the dip stick out lies I never even opened the hood after driving off until I needed that oil change fast forward a month later check engine light turned on ever since I bought the truck and drove off it has been having issues I just last week paid to have a whole new engine I paid $9 thousand dollars to get a new engine I called them for help because come on its been only a year and Ive had so much issues with it not to mention that when they claimed to put the yellow cap on they never did I had to stop in the high way because the truck was smoking bad open the hood and nothing was in the oil spot oil was coming out on all the engine they refused to take accountability and I had to go to another dealer to buy the dip stick because they refused to put one in for me I am 23 I bought it when I was 22 I was taken advantage of first lie they said was it was a 6 cylinder its not its a 4 cylinder and I specifically said to the sales man I wouldnt buy anything thats not a 6 cylinder he hyped me and said it was Im struggling now to get it fixed I wouldnt recommend buying nothing from them they are liars and take advantage of females who are young and dont know about cars I was in desperate need of a car to get to and from work everything seemed fine but they just cleared any check engine lights when showing and selling the truck to me

    Brought my vehicle in a few weeks ago to fix a recall they sent me information in the mail about. Pick the truck back up and they say they fixed the recallfast forward to a couple days ago-my check engine light comes on and the same seatbelt light comes on. Take it back today and the dude tells my husband he wont check the truck without us paying $340 bucks upfront. Then admits they did not fix the recall-but says the two are unrelatedOK beware!! Clearly liars and trying to rip us off.

    Around 2008 I purchased a shoddy truck from them. I went through the process, and had a trade-in that was in reasonable condition. I turned my car in, signed over the title, and drove my new truck home. It was my first vehicle purchase. I spent a long time dreaming of that day. I knew I had been taken advantage of, but I was just happy to own my own truck. I got a call saying I had to come back to the dealership and sign some more paperwork. So after work, I swung by, and was stalled for about 30 minutes. I thought it was odd, but I just wanted it to be over and done with. Turns out my financing had been denied for some reason, and they blocked me into the parking spot. After talking with misc. people which were very rude, I finally made my way up to the person in the center office. He threatened me on several occasions with legal action and said they had "turned my trade-in into a cube" because it wasn't worth anything. They stole my car, then stole my trade-in, and my down payment with no sympathy what-so-ever. They knew they were in the wrong, but I didn't matter to them. I'm writing this now because I thought people should know how this company does business. They're about as bad as it gets. Avoid these people at all costs.
