    Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unpaid Cashback and Lack of Response from Mrrebates I have been a loyal user of ******************** for over two years. Although there were occasional instances of missing cashback in the past, I chose to overlook them in good faith, assuming they were isolated issues. However, the recent surge in missing cashback, coupled with Mrrebates ongoing lack of response and refusal to resolve the matter, has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed.This complaint concerns a recent series of purchases made through Mrrebates involving a substantial amount of money. I placed multiple orders, trusting the prominently advertised cashback offers would be honored. For instance, I spent over $1,400 across 10 separate orders with a single retailer (Temu), including order [******], yet received cashback for only one of those transactions.Some examples include:March 17: Two orders $77.55 and $107.53 (only one received cashback)March 25: $88.38 April 4: $145.38 April 7: $143.48 April 12: $133.47 April 13: $143.45 April 16: $144.52 April 20: $275.83 April 22: $143.07 It is clear from the above that a significant amount of cashback remains unpaid.Despite my repeated submissions of all requested transaction details, Mrrebates continued to ask for the same information multiple times, only to stop responding altogether. This pattern suggests a deliberate tactic to delay or deny legitimate cashback claims rather than a genuine attempt to provide support.Given this ongoing behavior, I am now seriously questioning Mrrebates commitment to honoring its advertised offers and its overall business integrity. The complete lack of accountability has eroded my trust in the platform and raised broader concerns about its treatment of long-term ************ a result, I am formally filing a complaint with BBB and urge a thorough investigation into Mrrebates' operations, particularly its handling of cashback claims and customer service practices.

    We apologize for any inconvenience with ****'s commission tracking system. 

    You may even notice **** is no longer offered on Mr. ******************** as there were considerable tracking problems within their system that were never resolved by their team with multiple attempts of communication.

    Please send a 4 column format below for the **** complaint that was mentioned in the original BBB message below and manual rebates will be added for those orders below. (the order numbers are needed)

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I filed a complaint against Mr. ******************** for failing to fulfill its contractual obligation to issue the cashback it rightfully owes me. Instead of accepting responsibility, Mr. ******************** deflected blame onto ****, citing issues in their private agreementa contract to which I am not a party. Whatever complications exist between Mr. ******************** and Temu are irrelevant to Mr. ******************** direct obligation to honor its commitment to me as a user.
    I deliberately chose to make my purchases through Mr. ********************rather than other cashback platformsbecause I trusted the service to deliver on its promises. That trust has been broken. Mr. ******************** refusal to issue the promised cashback constitutes a clear breach of that trust and of the basic expectations any consumer should have when using a cashback service.
    Whats more troubling is that all required transaction information is clearly available in my account, yet Mr. ******************** continues to impose the burden of follow-up and justification onto its customers. This practice is unfair and unacceptable.


    Below is a non-exhaustive list of unpaid transactions. Notably, while Mr. ******************** claims the issue lies with Temu, the list also includes purchases from Sheinsuggesting this is not an isolated incident, but part of a broader failure to fulfill cashback obligations:
