    Massage Envy is a scam scam scam, they lock you in a contract for a year without telling you this information before signing up. After your year is up, you only get 60 days to use your credit of unused massages that you paid for each month. I feel that even after your contract is cancled, you should be able to use them whenever you have the time too, not when they want you too. People please beaware of this company and do not sign their contract.

    All Massage Envy members sign a membership agreement. Its clearly stated that the membership agreement is for one year and then the membership converts to month to month. The membership agreement also states that a member has access to all member benefits while the membership is active, including any unused credits from months a member doesnt come in. Finally, the agreement also states that if a member cancels the membership they will have 60 days to come in as often as they want to use any unused credits. Members can also transfer one unused credit per month to friends or family. The membership agreement is the same as its been for over 20 years of Massage Envy history. 

Massage Envy is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
