    I went back and forth between posting this. ****** tried to go go to daycare yesterday. We sent her for 2 hours, I left to get paperwork needed for her & called after about an hour to check on her. They said she was teary and ms ****** would work her through it. My heart couldnt take that so I left and went to pick her up. I dropped off paper work and asked to go into the room to get her. I pick her up and talk to the teacher and she said ****** was crying and not wanting anyone to play or touch her. They said she didnt play with toys outside and just walked around with the teacher. I found a huge **** on her arm and asked what happen, they said the cameras were down and ms ****** said she didnt notice it until I had said something. They said the only thing she could think of is that she was throwing her self down outside and on the rubber turf they have in the play area for the 1 year old room. No one knows what happen to my babies arm. This isnt just falling down. There is not a single **** anyplace on her except on her arm. They said since the cameras werent working no one could see what happen and that the teacher wouldnt do anything to harm her. In my eyes they failed to protect my daughter, something happen and saying she fell isnt enough for me. As of now she is fine and her arm is just bruised. My heart cant take they let something happen. So needless to say we are NOT using daycare again. We went to ABC academy in ****** by st marrys.*****************

    ABC Academy has been a part of the **************** for over 24 years. We are a level 3 Paths to Quality participant.

    We do appreciate you bringing your concern to our attention. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to maintaining high standards of care. The teacher in that classroom has been with our organization for over 5 years. She is loved by her students and parents alike. She has always been gentle and soft spoken with all the children. She is attentive to the needs to all in her care.

    The owner met with the client on the morning of Tuesday August 21, 2024. The $200.00 weekly tuition was refunded at this time. The owner of our organization is currently in the process of the installation of the new camera system (not required by state).
