    Re: Complaint Luke Gas Station #*** 9/9/24 at 3:30pm I parked at ********, went inside requested $25 on Pump **. Went to my car but pump hadnt reset. Went back to cashier; requested she reset Pump #**. Cashier said she put the $25 on Pump **; someone else was on that pump fueling their car. No attempt was made to halt the transaction at Pump #**. I asked to speak to Manager; was told me nothing could be done. I asked the police be called. Police suggested I contact the ***************** I called ***************** the following is a timeline of events:Sept. 9: Phoned Corporate at *************** left message.Sept. 11: Received return call from ****** in **************** (refused to give last name or title). He told me he would investigate and get back to me.Sept. 26: No response from Austin Oct. 9: Called to follow up. I left a message. No response.Oct. 16: Called Corporate again; also called HR Department in an effort to contact ******. No response.Oct.21: Called Corporate again, **************** voicemail box full. Called HR, no response.Oct.23: Received a call from Lukes but I was unable to answer the phone. No message was left.Nov.6: Went to another Luke station for assistance. Manager called Mr. ******* 30 minutes later, Mr. ****** phoned me directly. He denied the return of $25; no reason or apology given. As a loyal, customer I was very disappointed at every step of this incident. ************* was lacking. An issue of this nature should not take this long to investigate. In fact, the Manager Station #*** could have reviewed the video to verify I was at Pump ** and a mistake was made. Also, the cashier should have halted the transaction at Pump ** and verify if a payment had been made by the other customer. *********************** should be ashamed; the issue has an easy resolution to satisfy a loyal customer.Bottom line *********************** has $25 of my money they didnt earn. I request to be compensated in the form of a $25 Lukes gift card.

    Hello. On July 10th, 2024, I purchased $10 worth of gas from the pump from a Luke Gas Station, located at ?? ****************************************** However, I checked my card on July 12th, and discovered that Luke took $125 from my card. I did not put $125 in my car, but $10. My car won't even take $125 worth of gas. Now, I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that Luke did take the money, but as a security measure, and it will be given back.However, I don't know if that's true. I want my money back. I'm not going to allow Luke to steal from my bank. I want to file a complaint about this. If it is a security measure, then something needs to display on the pump screen, telling the buyer that the measure will happen, and if he or she wishes to proceed with the sale, or pay inside to avoid the measure. Anyway, I want my money back. Please contact me.

    On 11/8/23 I purchased snacks from the ********************************************, **. I paid for my purchase and left. My ***************************************************************************************************************** either so I looked at the expiration date and they expired 10/23/23. I made a U turn and went back into the store and told the cashier that the chips were expired and she apologized and told me to swap them out. As I did so ***** stopped me and said I couldnt do that. I said the cashier told me it was ok because the chips were expired. She said it was Luke policy that once you leave you cant exchange them. I said ok well issue me a refund. She said she couldnt do that either. I asked the cashier for corporate number and as the cashier went to find the number ***** began to get combative with me and threatened to call police. I told her to call them, which she never did. I asked ***** several times to get away from me and to stop talking to me and she refused, she rather argue with me. Even the cashier said she never knew there was such a policy. I left the store and went to another Luke station and I asked them is there a policy that refuses to issue a refund or replace an expired food item and the manager said no and asked who told me that. I told her ***** from corporate and the manager said ***** is in fact a trainer not corporate. Now Im just waiting on someone to call me back, if ever!
