      This hummer limo was not cleaned. Dust, splatter marks on glass & not all the lights worked. There was also cloth stuffed into a couple holes in the front of the limo that looked pretty bad. When the air was on, fuel smell came in the limo and even a little when the air wasn't on. Multiple people in our party got headaches that night which is most likely due to the fuel smell. There was no power steering which is kind of dangerous. This was not a good limo experience. I would not rent from them again.

      Booked a ride for myself and 10 friends to the Millennium Tour in ******* Oct 2021. I paid the tip beforehand because I knew I would be drunk and didnt want to chance losing the cash. We had a nice smooth ride to the concert about 4 pickup locations then straight to the venue we were drinking and playing music and dancing like anyone would on a party bus. After the concert when we were picked up, the music wasnt working. We all tried to connect our phones then asked the driver to help us because we couldnt get the sound back working. He said the speakers must have blew. Now hes driving all of us home very erratically, hitting every bump there was. I felt as if he probably did something to make the speakers not work because of the kind of music we were playing (we are black, he was of another race) and it didnt matter to him since he already got his tip. So I contact the company to ask them what can be done about this situation because I was not pleased with paying them over $1000 for a party bus but ended up in a giant Uber. First, they offered me 100% of my money back, then the lady said that was a mistake and she meant she would refund $100 back. I feel like I should have been refunded with half of my money back because we only got the party bus experience for half of the time. I could have just paid for Ubers for my group if I would have knew that this would transpire. Never again would I look in this companys direction for transportation because I didnt get what I paid for and they think $100 was a reasonable accommodation for this terrible inconvenience.
