    11/11/22. I **************** CONTACTED my home warranty company ******* HOME ****** to assist in Repairing a LEAKING PIPES IN MY BATHROOM. AT THAT TIME, *** INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO CONTACT A COMPANY FOR ME TO DO THE MUCH-NEEDED REPAIR. ON 11/16/22 ******************************************************** ARRIVED AT MY HOME UNANNOUNCED. I WAS CALLED AT WORK BY THEM HIS TECH WAS AT MY HOME I HAD TO LEAVE WORK TO ALLOW THEM TO COME OUT TO CHECK THE DAMAGE. DURING THEIR INSPECTION,THEY CUT A HOLE IN MY KITCHEN ****.THEY THEN LEFT ONCE THEY WERE DONE WITH THE INSPECTING I WAS TOLD I WOULD HEAR FROM THE **** LATER THAT DAY NEVER HEARD FROM HIM TWO DAYS LATER I CALLED MY WARRANTY COMPANY TO INFORM THEM THAT THEY CAME UNANNOUNCED AND THAT I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. LATER AHS INFORMED ME THAT C&S PLUMBING REPORTED BACK THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ***** TO MY DISMAY WAS IN MY CLOSET AREA? I WAS TOLD THAT C&S HAD INFORMED AHS IF C&S MOVED MY CLOTHES IT WOULD COST ME $200-500 DOLLARS. WEEK LATER 11/21/22 C&S CALL ME TO SET A DATE TO COME OUT TO FOR REPAIR.10/29/22 THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME BEFORE I ALLOWED THEM BOTH IN I ASKED THE MEN IF THEY HAD SHOE COVERS FOR THEIR FEET. THE MEN NEVER ANSWERED AND KEPT WALKING SO I STOPPED HIM AND ASKED AGAIN WHEN HE TURNED AROUND AND GOT VERBALLY UPSET AND INSTRUCTED HIS PARTNER TO LEAVE MY HOME. I INSTRUCTED THEM THAT THEY SHOULD NOT LEAVE BECAUSE I NEEDED A REPAIR DONE AND THEM TO GO AND COMPLETE THE **** ONCE THE *** WAS COMPLETED THE TWO GENTLEMEN WALK OUT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD TO ME I ASK **** IF THEY WERE TO CLEAN UP/THEIR WORK AREA WHERE THEY FIRST MADE THE INITIAL HOLE IN THE **** SO DEBRIS WOULD NOT FALL ON ME HE THEN CALLS ************** SHORTLY CALL AFTER THEY WERE OUTSIDE IN THEIR CAR AND INFORM ME TO GIVE THEM ($200) AND THEY WILL COME IN TO CLEAR THAT AREA IN MY KITCHEN. THEY NEVER CAME BACK THEY LEFT I THEN CONTACTED MY AHS STATING ALL THE ISSUES AND CONCERNS OF THE CEILINGS REPAIRS/DEBRIS/PAPERWORK/ETC. BOTH WORKERS 11/30/22 AT 7:30 PM NEXT DAY C&S SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED BANGING HARD ON MY DOOR, STARTLING ME. C&S PLUMBING HAVE BEEN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAS RUDE .I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM. *******************************.
