    Please help me!*** lived in the same apartment building (house apartment) since 2013 **************************************************************. When I first moved in it was management by *************. Now it is managed by Silver Hammer. Silver Hammer has been pretty bad.They, more than one person, walks on my carpet without out shoes even after I tell them not too. Then they act like its my problem. They get mad at me but they are the ones causing the issue.Over this winter I almost slipped on the property during an ice storm. I had to ask the company for salt! Why!? Whenever I have a maintenance request they send me a bunch of texts and call me. They bother me. Even though I told them they can just enter my apartment whenever.They blame me for not being able to enter my apartment! For not having a their key! Wait a minute? Dont they own this building!? Yes they do!Silver Hammer takes too long addressing repairs. But the biggest issues My neighbor below (same building) smokes cigarettes often, not even 8 ft from the door. I dont like the smell. I asked her not to smoke and I asked Silver Hammer to have her stop! She hasnt stopped.We share a common basement laundry. My neighbor has gone through my laundry. I told Silver Hammer, she did. My neighbor sexually harassed me. She tries to get with me. I told Silver Hammer.When I leave my apartment I see her watch me!Im creepy out!This company needs to get their s*** together!
