    -School sports pictures purchased: 8/23/24 -total amount paid for pictures: $51.36 -what was ordered: school package E which included 2 5x7, 4 3.5x5, 8 wallets and additional items which included 8x10 class composite and a 3.5x5 magnet. Items received: 1 5x7, 4 wallets, 8x10 class composite, and 3.5x5 magnet, and 2 8x10s (not ordered)Missing items: 1 5x7, 4 wallets, 4 3.5x5 The items were ordered in aug of 24 but not received until November of 24 as I had to call the business to inform them I never received the order. After calling the pictures arrived via mail within a week. A few weeks later I went to separate the pictures to hand out and noticed the order was incorrect.I just want the items I paid for. I sent an email on 12/21/24 detailing what was missing with a picture of the items I received. I also left a voicemail on 12/21/24 and again on 1/29/25 all with no response. The businesses voicemail box is now full so you can no longer leave a message
