On 9/19/2023 I took my truck to I-65 Auto Care ************************************* ******, IN ***** for an estimate on some transmission work. I was told that I needed a new transmission. I asked can my current transmission be re-built, I was told NO you have to get a brand new transmission. I was also told that I-65 Auto Care provides brand new transmissions. I paid $2600 and some change in Cash. I have attached the receipt (BBBCLAIM1). Fast Forward to 11/26/2024, I went to my regular mechanic to get an oil change and was told that they cannot complete the oil change because my transmission was leaking. I contacted I-65 Auto Care and was told to bring the truck in. I have attached a receipt (BBBCLAIM2) that shows the work they ALLEGEDLY completed. I paid them $1940.33 in Cash. I went back to my regular mechanic to get the oil change completed and they said the transmission was still leaking. I told my regular mechanic to please fix the transmission leak and the oil change; receipt (BBBCLAIM3). My regular mechanic stated that the transmission area had several bolts loose and they also caused a hose from my oil area to come loose and other issues which were causing a problem with my oil hose. I contacted I-65 Auto Care with my concerns regarding the work they promised and was told they don't give refunds. They were totally unreasonable and unprofessional. They showed no concern for my situation. I should not have this level of issues after a year and 2 months from a brand new transmission. Thank you

06/27/2022 I Paid $200 for a Transmission filter Change on a 2008 Dodge Caliber SXT.The transmission was working perfectly and I only asked for the Transmission service as a Maintenance measure. They were done pretty fast. I paid and my car was driven to the front door. I got in and it wouldn't drive. So I went inside to report it to them. They ran tests on a tablet and the mechanic said "i've never seen this happen before"They got the manager and he tells me "well it's a CVS transmission it can happen." and then he says something like " You shouldn't have bought a ****** CVT Transmission"Then he says the fluid was black,I said no I checked it with a dipstick myself and it was *****. I had even told them it was ***** and didn't have a burning smell, I had read you might not want to have transmission services if its black or smells burnt. They went inside and left me starring at my car for awhile. I eventually noticed fluid under my car specifically under my transmission pan. I told a mechanic and he said it was from when they poured clean fluid in, (I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be directly under the pan like that)So I told the manager when he came out later and he had them push my car into the shop.He comes to me later and says "My guys are telling me your pan is "rotted" and the gasket is leaking, let me show you."So he brings me back there to show me my pan has rust on it... I tell him I've had this done on my past vehicles and my dodge caravan was a total rust bucket so I don't understand.Anyway he says he will replace the pan for free and put a new gasket... which I'm not sure if he meant another new gasket or they had used the old gasket.Either way he says my transmission is shot and even after they deal with this pan it isn't going to drive. Well it still didn't drive but it was still leaking too.So I am pretty much screwed and they don't want to take any responsibility. I paid them $200 to destroy my trans?
