    We hired Enviro Decon of Indiana to do mold remediation in our master bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet . Work was begun on June 17, 2024. The rooms were stripped and flooring removed in these areas. The bathroom vanity and shower were also removed. Our clothing was taken to be laundered. New flooring was installed in the bedroom. After this, we attempted to reach **** to see when work would be completed. Our texts, calls, and e-mails were ignored. On, August 2nd, **** showed up with a shower base that was the incorrect size. That same day our insurance provider contacted **** and he repeatedly lied to them. After that, **** called here and we finally told him that we did not want him to continue the work. He then told us that he would not return our clothing until we paid him for the work he had done, which we certainly will. However, as of today, August 13th, we have not received an itemized bill or have been able to contact him. We just want our clothes returned and be provided with an itemized bill so we can resolve this issue.
