    Ordered garage dr with windows on feb 6th and pd 1200.00 at time was required. Well they came on feb feb 30th and installed door 2245.84 when done my daughter noticed no windows were installed They forgot to order thembut I pd the rest of balance which was 1045.84 . They said they order the windows probably around 2 weeks well here it is aoril 10 and still no windows but yet they cashed both checks I would like a refund of at least the windows. It shouldn’t t take over 2 months for all of this . It was their fault

    ******* is correct the door had been ordered incorrectly. The door was installed on 2/28/24. After installation it was brought to our attention that the doors was supposed to have windows. The windows that were selected at time of the installation were not available for that model door. ***** (our sales rep) attempted to contact *******/ ****** ( daughter POA) multiple times. After failing to be able to make contact over a couple weeks ***** traveled out to *******'s residence to confirm a window selection. On 3/26/24 the correct window section was ordered. On 4/10/24 the window section was received from the manufacturer and then proceeded to be installed at *******'s residence the same day.  ***** and our installing service technician have both spoken to ****** since the windows were installed and any misunderstandings or issues have been resolved. Please inform me if there are any additional concerns.
