      During August we signed an agreement to have a 30x40 pole barn built on our property. Since the building was being built in ***** ****** ********* we were required to obtain a building permit. Our contract stated that the building process from signing the contract to completion would take 6 to 8 weeks. They finally arrived in November after multiple phone calls and emails. During our purchase we had to pay for longer posts for one side of the building due to fill dirt. The contractor was told about the longer posts and that they would have to dig lower but they did not do as they were required. The contractor also failed to call and get their footing inspection once the holes were dug. Now the building is up and what they call complete. However the building has now failed 2 inspections due to the footings not being deep enough and that they did not place the 8x22 pad under the posts. Our contact at this builder******** will not call us back or return emails. Instead a very nice lady from their other company "Blitz Builders" has reached out to me. Every phone call she promises that ****** will be calling me but it never happens. I am wanting either this building to be fixed correctly or my hard earned money returned. This is completely unprofessional and unethical what they have done to this building. Without the longer posts the building will settle and cause all kinds of issues in the near future.

      After working with the county inspector and engineer, we have come to a resolution regarding the failed inspections.  This will be corrected as soon as weather allows.

      We have heard from ****** regarding their proposal for fixing the building. I am not very optimistic that this solution will be done in a timely manner. We are still occurring fees (4 months worth from when the building started) from the storage units that I am currently leasing that this building is supposed to eliminate. I am also waiting on an agreement from them stating the proposal for fixing the building and the assurances that my property around the building will be put back to normal after their proposed fix.

      The issue still has not been resolved. We are waiting on the contractors to come back and attempt a fix. Thw county will be here multiple times to inspect the so called fix. Once it passes inspection or fails I will update this complaint
