    On March 24th I contacted ******** Automotive about diagnosing and fixing my 2009 Traverse I told him to go through everything and make sure it's mechanically sound and then fix it I got a call back from him Friday April 1st telling me that the timing chain is broke I asked him if that was everything and if I should get a new motor for it he said no it does not need a new motor that is all it needs is the timing chain and you should be good to go so he talked me out of putting a new motor in it that they fully inspected it and this is the only problem they fixed it and called me to come pick it up and pay $3,600 on Friday April 11th said everything was good to go there is nothing wrong with it on Friday April 18th it blew up on me on the way home from work I had them take it back in and diagnose and see what they can do to help me out saying they are the ones that told me what was wrong with it and said that was it and I was good to go well after they diagnosed it they said it blew a piston through the block and it needs a new motor and there is nothing they can do to reimburse me on anything he actually told me it ***** to **** and laughed at me when I tried to explain that there has to be something he told me you expect me to know what's wrong with the inside of a motor and I told him yes that is what I pay you to do is inspected and that is when he laughed I asked him what I owe him for this other inspection he said nothing and then I asked him to leave the car outside he agreed on it and said he would leave the keys in it he locked the keys in the car out of spite have text messages from his worker admitting it was to be a d*** quote for quote words the coworker said in the text I feel I'm entitled to be in reimbursed for my money and or motor to be put in I have yet to get a receipt for anything willing to send any paperwork that may help
