      This bank's service is subpar, and I strongly advise against doing business with them. If you're considering opening an account, I recommend looking for alternatives. For those who currently hold an account with them, it might be in your best interest to promptly close it. Additionally, exercise caution when seeking financial advice from this institution.During my interactions, the AVP/Branch manager appeared uninformed despite her lengthy tenure. The lack of awareness among employees regarding basic concepts, such as PO Boxes and PMBs, is concerning. In instances of mail theft, fraud, or identity theft, their suggestion to send sensitive mail (checks, debit card, etc.) to the home address rather than a more secure PO Box or PMB is questionable.Moreover, I discovered that employees at this bank may use personal information for what seems like unauthorized "online research." This became evident when they falsely accused me of an incident associated with someone who shares a similar name. It's disconcerting that they employ personal information in such a manner and even more troubling that they choose to defame their "customers" based on poorly executed research.
