    Found bakery online. Asked if they could make a specific cake, included picture. Assured me they could. The end result was awful. Refuses to refund my down payment. She never specified that during communication. Its not listed on the site I used. She also didnt inform me that 1 she bakes out of her home 2. She has very little experience 3. She doesnt have the supplies she needs to effectively create the cake I requested When she charged such a high price I assumed, as most would, thats shes very talented. She not only refused to refund my money or sell to me at a reduced price, she put the cake on her site for half of what she charged me. I am very unsatisfied and even asked for half of my down payment back. And she still refused.

    Account ID ******** hello I'm responding to letter I received about a customer complaint she has lied to you in her complaint. I will send proof of conversation and photos of my website and would not like any more harassment from this person who now have others ruining my business i have filed a police complaint. I did try to sell half price and I can do that because she refused it and never let me try to fix it I didn't have to ask full price because the deposit paid for the supplies her amount owed was labor for working two days on it I also have pictures on my ****** page showing my work and writing that isnt all perfect my prices go by supplies and cost. We talked over the phone before any text where sent and she was told im a home *****. I would have given her the cake cheaper if she had asked and was alot nicer but I have put deposit are nonrefundable since June 22. If I didn't do that I would lose money.
