    I'm a former customer, by their decision. They didn't approve of the location of my second stage regulator; they said they would come out and move, but instead, they disconnected the tank and put a lock device on the valve, clearly indicating they don't want my business anymore; they left no noticie of what they had done. I told them to remove their tank so I could get a new LP supplier without them having to deal with Keystone's tank being in the way. I also told them to reimburse me for the **************************************** the tank. A few days later I sent them an e-mail demanding payment for the 250 gallons of ********** date, they have not responded at all, and I am considering legal action.
