      I purchased remanufactured ammo instead of regular ammo. I realized this once I got my email confirmation 2 minutes after placing the order. I called customer service immediately and was refused to cancel my order due to same day shipping policy. In a matter of 5 minutes if you refuse to cancel an order and give that useless excuse, seems like shady business practices and bad business overall. Order *********

      Good afternoon! I'm so sorry to hear you were not happy with your order experience! I looked up your order and communication and I see that your order was submitted on 4/21 at 1:41 PM EST and your email came in to us at 1:58 PM EST. Looking at the 3rd party fulfillment side of your order, I can see they started packing your order 1:45 PM EST (about 12 minutes before your email). Once they start working on an order and picking it off the shelves we cannot stop their process and cancel the order. In cases like this, I completely understand your frustration that you are unable to cancel the order. We pride ourselves on fast shipping and the majority of our customers expect same day shipping, but the only way for us to accomplish that is to streamline the picking/packing process and not allow cancelations to halt the fulfillment centers workflow. The only time we can make an exception to our "no cancelation policy" is when we are able to catch the order before the fulfillment team starts their process.
