    I have lived in Astoria Park Apartments since May of 2022. As I was told to sign the lease, I advised that I wanted to view apartments before signing anything. I went in to view apartments and there were multiple things within the apartment that were not finished or in good condition and told ********, the agent assisting me in the process, that maintenance would have to come fix the rest at a later time but had to sign the lease at the moment. We took pictures of everything that was faulty in the apartment and they never came to fix anything within the 2 years that I lived there. Fast forward to May 2024, I called the apartment office for over 2 weeks and kept getting denied for paint to touch up the apartment. I then tried to make an appointment so we could do final walkthrough together for any damages and was told they will do so once I move out. I have video and pictures of the entire apartment once I moved out. This apartment complex has been an absolute nightmare to live at. I have an infant daughter and it took them for over a week to come fix the **** system and the water heater. We had no hot water for an entire weekend. They are charging me for normal wear and tear. They want to charge for things that should be replaced because we lived there for two years. Everything was turned in to the complex in great conditions. This apartment complex wants to make as much money as possible off of residents and dont even give good service.

    Ive been without air conditioning since I moved in 7/28. My over has not worked since then either. Ive filed many forms for it to be fixed and here we are a month later with no resolution. I have 3 small children and we have been sleeping in this apartment with it being over 80 degrees every night. Maintenance told me they would order a new stove then said they never told me that. I have not been able to cook or anything cause of this. *** went to the office and exchanged words with the office and maintenance told me he will not be coming to fix anything now. Im looking to either get out of my lease or have these issues resolved.
