      My A/C failed 45 times in 2 years. Instead of replacing it, they just kept adding refrigerant due to a known leaktemporary fixes at best. Then in March, the water heater (in a locked utility closet only maintenance can access) burst and flooded my apartment with 2 inches of water. I had to just watch it flood until maintenance arrived. The office? Completely unstaffed when I went for help. My home was unlivablesoaked carpet and drywall, and I work from home with two dogs. ***********************************, no temp unit, no rent discount. When I asked for a temp transfer, they wanted me to sign a whole new lease. They said to go through renters insurance, but I pay *********** for a place to livenot my insurance.For over a week I got no answers. I called daily, emailed multiple times, visited in personstill no info on when I could return. Only *** from maintenance helped. He answered my questions, called repair vendors in front of me, and gave me his number for updates. Hes the ONLY reason this place is functioning. I gave my 60-day notice after ******** its May 25. I move out next week and told ******* I'd be gone that week and could drop keys early or schedule a walk-through. I chose a walk-through. Ive called 4 times and emailedno reply. ******* twice said she'd call me back with a time. Never did. I still have no appointment. Just like everything else hereunresponsive and mismanaged.

      Toxic Mold Aspergillus/Penicillum in 50% of the appointment because its in the vents because not cleaning them out moisture is building up because one or more rooms hot and one or more rooms Cold not running the same temperature and they still havent fixed it and Im living in it had it tested and someone came out and never came back said he cannot fix it.
