    I have been using Tech Motors for car repair service for quite sometime, but the power steering pump went out on my Satun Vue the second week of July. I had my Satun Vue towed to Tech Motors to have the power steering pump replaced The pump was put in but was done incorrectly, the Satun Vue was taken back to Tech Motors, it was worked on again, I was charged more money saying another part needed to be ordered. Picked up my Satun and again it was not correct, I took it to be looked at by another mechanic , je started the hose were not changed and there were other things done incorrectly My car has been at Tech Motors for almost 2 months, and any time I call to check on my Satun they state. I'll get a call when it's ready.. I have asked to get a refund , and allow me to take the car some where else. I have sense then had to purchase another vehicle to get around.

    Hello

    ****** ******* is a great costumer our business, we did the work about the steering system, the first time came on was about the steering wheel have been hard to move, so we did the diagnostic

    so the problem was the steering pump and there was a leak in the steering hose -high pressure. we called her for her authorization about the job ( attach invoice # **** for $853)  in this time, we mention her the car had other issue on rack and *****. . so one week later Mrs. ******* call and remark about the repair, She mentioned that the car present a noise out of normal, we asked if the vehicle is on driving conditions , the answer was positive. We receive the vehicle for make diagnostic again, so as last time mentioned her about the rack and ***** is the problem.  we call her again explained her the situation but this time we mentioned the total for replace the part ( Attached # **** for $862) and not invest more money in the car but she wants more time the car before change it.

    For us, the car is drivingly and steering wheel  working out, we've got the invoices about the parts.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I am aware  of what the issue was, and didn't  mind paying  for the repairs, the problem  is the repairs  were not correctly done, and my car was kept over a month.  I will take it to all claims court.
