    I demand a refund for the parts cost I paid few months ago as labor was not performed. Hence service was not received as I am no longer interested. Wheel bearing one side for ***** LC 500 2019. I will seek legal counsel if I don't get my refund.

    Good afternoon, ***** *** visited ASG Automotive on 11/22/24 for an oil service and inspection. ASG performed both of those services and within the inspection ASG found play in the left front ( Drivers Front) wheel bearing. *** then informed ***** of the play and he approved the work in person at 3:06PM on 11/22/24. At that time ***** was also informed he would need to pay a deposit for the bearing as *** had to special or it and it would not be returnable. ***** then paid for the oil service and wheel bearing and left with his vehicle until the part would arrive.  ASG then informed ***** *** text on the 11/27/24 the bearing has arrived and ***** informed ASG his vehicle was in the impound. *** continued to follow up and keep posted on the status of ******* car so we could work with him to get the part installed. On 02/13/25 ***** informed ASG VIA text he had received his car back and was ready to preform the work. ***** later that same day sent an email requesting a refund as for the $905.54 claiming we didn't do any work. ASG Then sent ***** another message reminding him that he paid a deposit for the special order part but if he wishes for another shop to preform the work he's more than welcome to come pick up the bearing he paid for! The invoice attached shows time stamps of payment and approval/ method of approval ( Verbal In-Person ). At this time *** is not willing to take further actions to resolve this.
