      Dropped my truck off to get something VERY simple replaced in fuse box. I told him Id be back for the truck that day. I came back for the truck and the truck was gone. The truck got stolen off of their property. Its a beefed up truck, very hard to not turn your head at it and its very loud with very big wheels and tires on it. One of the employees happens to live right next door and just didnt happen to hear anything. Whatever understandable to an extent i guess. When we pulled up and found out the truck was gone we went and knocked on ******* door looking for the truck. Thinking just maybe they parked at their house or something. Well she comes out and we ask her if she knows where its at or anything about it. All she had to say was i hope you had full coverage insurance on it. We then call the cops and get the cops there and she refuses to let us see the cameras to just find out WHAT TIME it was even stolen off of THEIR property. She refused and told us she needs to do a couple things before she let us see the cameras. Told us shes an old lady and doesnt want to deal with it. We ended up finding the truck off of i70 and **** road behind some houses in an alley way later last night. The door was not damaged, it shows no sign of forced entry. But Norms says they locked it. We went back to norms today to talk to them and see if maybe he (*********************) would show us the cameras just so we can see what kind of car the person was dropped off in or what the guy looked like who stole it and he REFUSED. To me thats shady business and if i owned a auto shop i wouldnt just tell my customers that Im not going to help them at all ESPECIALLY IF IT HAPPENED ON MY OWN PROPERTY. Shady business. They are in on this truck being stolen, so i just wanted to make everyone aware before you ever give any money over to these theives!
