    July 18 2023 $132.03 A warranty refund due to malfunction of camera and promised and upgraded product via email (pictures proof provided) and did not receive nor received full product when receiving product replacementSent half a camera as warranty replacement therefore still cant use it because they didnt send the base or monitor. Just sent a random camera/charger in a random box not from a business. Being ignored through email on and off since filing the complaint on September 18th 2023. Just recieved the replacement January 19th ****. And it was half the replacement as stated above. Problems not resolved as we still cant use the camera without working parts.Order number from Amazon where it was purchased through the Hubble connected website - 112-6196621-2074620

    I bought the dual camera and it stopped working after 6 months (I am still within the warranty coverage timeline). It never connected to my phone/wifi, and 2 weeks ago both cameras stopped connecting to the monitor that it came with. I have sent an email once a day for the past 2 weeks and my emails have been ignored.

    Purchased a baby video monitor from Best Buy in mid-Oct 2023. Around a month later the portable monitor screen partially died/****** out. Emailed the company Hubble Connected/Binatone Electronics half a dozen times trying to request a replacement monitor screen vs having to return it. Only got 2 emails back, both of which were the SAME response about troubleshooting, despite my already telling them previously that it didn't work and we need a REPLACEMENT of the portable monitor viewer. I warned them I would put through a BBB complaint if they couldn't manage to reply and help. I've been waiting now over 2 weeks, despite their support site stating 2 business days response.... Really getting tired of this and getting more unimpressed by the company and customer service. Maybe I should just return the product and get a different brand? I would like for the company to actually get back to me and send a ****** replacement screen. I've also stated multiple times that it's urgent as we can't see the whole screen where our baby is sleeping......... Company doesn't seem to give a s***.Also included a photo for reference (which was already sent to the company)

    Purchased a baby monitor from this company and the product was defective and the company agreed to send me another one. However after 2 months they continue to tell me that they dont have any in stock and refuse to refund the money or send a different product. However if you go on their website they have their product in stock and available for shipping. As well their product is available at 5 other stores currently.

    I bought a hubble connected nursery pal duo in May 2023. This retails for $200. This is a baby monitor with 2 cameras and display screen and is considered a safety feature for a baby. Within 2 months 1 camera was completely nonfunctional. The company agreed to replace it on September 5,2023 with a delivery date of **** days later. After numerous attempts to contact them, I received a response on October 9 that it had not shipped and they would be be sending it soon.I have attempted to contact them additional times with no responses. As of today October 31, it still has not arrived. Now the 2nd camera has stopped working properly. I feel the entire system is faulty.

    I purchased a Hubble guardian+ to monitor my babys heart rate. I made the purchase at BuyBuyBaby, which is now out of business. The camera portion connects to WiFi and works perfectly, but the guardian portion doesnt connect. Ive sent the product back twice now, and it still does not work. *** sent in a video, and the support person told me that it was a faulty device. However, they sent a used device to replace it that also doesnt connect properly. My baby will arrive any day now, and I wanted to be able to monitor her heart rate for peace of mind. They are requesting ANOTHER video of the setup instead of offering to send me a NEW product or a refund.

    I purchased a Hubble guardian pro that retails for $399 on 6/22/23. On 8/28, right after my daughter was born, I used the product for the first time. It had no sound. Its a baby monitor so its main function is to hear the baby cry, which is impossible with no sound. I contacted hubbleconnected (binatone is their parent company) they have been unable to resolve my issue. They have admitted in email that my unit is defective and needs ******************* warranty states 1 year. They have informed me they are out of stock and do not know when a replacement will be available, however their website shows this product in stock. I bought that up To them and I even offered them to replace my unit with a lesser value one or refund me and they stopped responding. I provided my receipt and a video showing the defect product to the company. It has been almost 2 months and they have not fulfilled their warranty.

    On June 17th I began contacting the company because 3 of my baby monitor cameras stopped working. We had a power outage and the camera refused to work after the outage. I didnt get a response. I reached out again on June 22, on June 23 I got a response. After several days of back and forth, sending videos of trying to pair the cameras, pictures, etc. on June 29th they said they needed the cameras returned for further inspection and sent a label and said within 48 hours replacements would be issued if there was a hardware issue. On July 5th the cameras were received by the company based on tracking information. On July 9th I sent a message through ******** asking about replacements, on July 11th and 12th I sent an email, on the 13th I was told they would be replacing the cameras. On July 25th I sent another message on fb and was told they would be shipping before the end of the week. On August 5th I began messaging them again asking for tracking information. Messages were sent through Instagram, fb messenger, and email every day since August 5th until now, August 11th and I have not been given a response as to where the tracking information is or a response of any kind from the company.

    - Date of transaction: November 4, 2022 - Amount paid: $267.74 - Business committed to provide: 1 year warranty - Nature of the dispute: I bought a duel camera baby monitor from this company and the connection stopped working shortly after using it. In mid March, I reached out the the company via email (the only option) and after two weeks, they finally got back to me. I had to send them a video with their instructions and they agreed the cameras were not working. - Whether or not business has tried to resolve problem: I have been waiting since early April for the replacement cameras they were going to send and still have not received them. They state they are one back order (but it says it is available on the website). I have reached out a couple times asking for a similar product or a refund and they just keep assuring me they are coming. I have expressed my frustration and asked to speak to management or a phone number and they say this email is the only option, Please help!

    I purchased a camera (nursery Pal deluxe, twin version) back in March. I originally had to wait a month to get my camera. Then, when I did get it, in April, the screen was broken. They promised me they would send a replacement ASAP. I reached out to them again in May, when I hadnt received my replacement. They said end of May I would get my replacement. End of May came and went, I reached out in early June and they said it would be shipped next week. It is now mid-July. I paid for this product in March and have yet to receive a working version of the monitor.
