The total invoice amount or at least 50% of the total (owner will advise) MUST BE PAID to secure the order. The entire invoice MUST BE PAID IN FULL prior to delivery/pick up. In the event of a cancellation, after payment, no refund will be given, however you will receive credit for your next purchase. If you receive your order and are not happy with it, you MUST contact Tweety's Sweeties LLC within one hour of receipt. We do ask that photos are submitted if filing a complaint. We will offer to fix the mistake or apply a credit (at owner's discretion) towards your next purchase. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued.
