    I reached out to this entity because it is storming in my area and I want a refund. I have a reservation for 7pm (July 14th). I booked on July 12th (they said policy states I can cancel/rebook for another day 7 days out but that would not have been fair for me). I want a refund but they will not provide it. I offered to rebook but I would need to speak with my group to verify a date that is fitting for us all. You cannot talk to this business via phone as they only text. I advised that I want a refund for now and I will rebook once I get a set date. They refused. I have text messages. There policy online under FAQS does not state they cannot refund which is why Im asking for one. They advised that even though we are outside, we will be covered. I dont want to be out in the rain even if there is a potential of rain. I dont care if its covered. I would rather rebook myself for another day. Its $54.99 but that is my money. I dont see a reason why it cannot be refunded so I can book on my own. Thank you!
