    Job was started 2/17 and finished 2/19 *********** left hazardous items out in dogs reach Not disposing of items ex. (Wood, Concrete mix, rocks, concrete pieces)Left a chunk of concrete out of the floor in the basement Not properly putting things back and leaving it randomly in the yard Claimed they did not hit any pipes in the basement which resulted in water coming from a pipe. When we asked for them to fix it they said they did not do it when it was clearly not broken before they came. They sent a plumber out and then did not pay the complete amount to fix it. Did not do a complete walkthrough at the end resulting in all of these things coming to light late.False advertisement when it came to the video we watched claiming how much the company puts into leaving a place the same way they came. Pipe and concrete on the side of the house not being completed or fixed. Plastic left outside with a s**** hanging out of it.Felt very disrespected from the crew and supervisor.I left a review before I realized what an unprofessional job was done. They came to "fix" things and did not. Claimed we had cat litter in our yard which we did not. We financed

    Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns raised in the recent complaint. We want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our team, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.
    We understand that the job completed between February 17 and February 19 did not meet your expectations. Safety is our top priority, and we regret that hazardous Which we believe you explained as some plastic from a which we believe you explained was some plastic with a s**** in it from an sink we removed for you that were left within reach of your pets. This is not representative of our standard practices, and we are taking steps to ensure our teams are reminded of the importance of proper disposal of your items and site safety.
    Regarding the issues with the basement pipe and the concrete work, we take full responsibility for any oversight. We have already paid for the repair to the area we damaged and have improved our procedures to ensure that we conduct even more thorough walkthroughs and inspections at the end of each job to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
    We also understand your frustration regarding the communication and follow-up related to the plumbing issue. We did send a certified plumber as quickly and thoroughly as we could. We understand you have a 100 year plus home and there were many other recommendations from the Plumber to upgrade your plumbing. We strive for transparency and accountability, and we are committed to resolving any outstanding matters to your satisfaction.
