    Customer Satisfaction and EXPERIENCE is not important to staff at the facility. We visited this ********************* on Sat Sep 23, *********************************************************** this building before, after and during the show was unacceptable. We complained to the staff on duty and was advised that unfortunately all they could do is move our seats (which were further away then what we paid for), however that wasnt enough as this behavior was everywhere. We were also advised by staff that shutting the show down was not an option because they would lose money. We did leave within 30 mins of the show starting, as I have asthma and me having an attack was not worth the risk. We then contacted guest service the same night and was advised again by staff that we would receive a follow up Monday and never received anything, it took for my husband to reach back out to them later in the week for them to state a refund was not an option but they were willing to accommodate another event. We were good with that alternate option, as we were in the process of purchasing floor seats for our 8 year old with a disability who loves wrestling. Unfortunately, the staff in that department only have limited availability to seat access so we were giving seats that will be a hassle to get him to. I reached out to the representative and she hasnt been helpful and almost makes me feel like our concerns out bothering to her, as she takes almost a day to respond to email. We were inconvenienced because this is behavior this staff and facility tolerates so going above and beyond for unsatisfied guest should be their number one priority and its not.
