We had them remote our old bathtub to have a walking shower for mom whos getting older. They took the tub about and put the shower in which was supposed to have slipproof flooring. Both mom and I slipped and fell the first and second day. Its literally as a sheet of ice. I had to go buy a mat. The handheld shower hea lead where is connected and you cant even use use it. We already had them here after they first put it in. The left holes and gaps on the edges. They came to fix it and ti still **** terrible but oh well. We seriously only take 3 showers a week now unless we get unusually dirty. The shower is awful.

******** was to install 1 shower in 1 day. Contract date 05/17/2023.It took 3 1/2 days working from 10:00 am up until midnight to install. Then couldn't use shower for 24 hours for materials to dry.Tried to use shower and the door was so hard to open I was afraid my wife may get stuck or hurt trying to open. Called new Bath took several weeks to come out and work on it.Finally after several weeks get to use it. Then several bad leaks at bottom of the shower out into the bathroom. call new Bath today takes several weeks to get someone again can't use shower for another 24hrs.within a couple weeks door ***** again. Notify new Bath today again takes several weeks to come out and fix. again another 24 hrs for materials to dry cant use shower. Within a few weeks door jammed and strip on tub part to seal door closed broken. Call new Bath today takes several week s for someone to come out and tell us they are getting in touch with manufacture to discuss problem. In Feb they say 6 to 8 weeks to get back to me. I wait until March 2023 contact ***************** he tells me he doesn't know anything and will get back to me in 48 hrs.problem he didn't say what 48 hrs and now its August 12, 2024.Am I getting this special treatment because?I'm a Veteran? I'm disabled?I'm 69?we paid over $18,000.00 in cash and they don't need to do anything to get their money.Or does everyone get this special treatment. A Very dissatisfied customerNew Bath Today

July 2, 2024, New Bath Today staff member arrived at appointed time and replaced all tiles in my new shower, replaced shower chair and created the new shower that I had envisioned. Thank you New Bath Today for fulfilling your promise of customer satisfaction. I am very pleased and give you five stars for a job well done. ****************New Bath Today

The initial presentation was so good, my husband whipped out the checkbook. I am glad that he did, since I love my new tub to shower transformation. I suffered a stroke and now feel much safer. The installation team was efficient and friendly. They completed the job as promised in 2 days.New Bath Today
