    I manage an upscale boutique hotel. I purchased the individual tubes and soaps for my rooms. The line I purchased was Float. It smells great. Ive had two major issues with packaging and service. Not long after we started using the products the shampoo tubes were not sealed at the top so they oozed everywhere in transport and in storage. When I notified the company they asked me to count the tubes that were not sealed so they could credit me or replace them. I had 16 cases. Unacceptable. They should have offered me credit on half of my order. I had sent photos so they knew it was about half the tubes. We have since decided to no longer carry this product after some out of stock issues and size issues. I opened my last case of lotion today and more than half the tubes were unsealed at the top and dried out.
