    I schduled an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done on October 15, 2022. I sent her a picture of the style my daughter wanted. She quoted me a price and required a $20 deposit. I took my daughter to her shop. She confirmed to me that she was finished at 9:00 pm. When I picked my daughter up I coud see that her braids looked undone on the ends and some of the hair was stickin out. She assured me that she set the ends with heat and they would not come aloose. Not 10 mins after we left the hair from her braids started falling out. I text her and sent pictures. She advised she would be willing to fix the next day at 6:00 pm. I sent her confirmation that we were heading to her shop and she said she was not there and would need to reschedule. At this time all of the hair has fallen out. I asked her if I can get a refund because I spent 1.5 hrs driving to and from her shop and my daughter's hair is ruined and she is not available to fix it in a timely manner. She cursed me on the phone and said I was interrupting her other clients appointment. Now I do not feel safe having her work with my child.
