    This business is sending FAKE letters looking like bills from the State. There is a deadline indicated and words like "DUE SOON". This is a form of a PHISHING SCAM.

With years of experience in the industry, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and fast turnaround times. Our business operates with integrity, and we would never jeopardize our reputation by engaging in fraudulent activities. We have always fulfilled our commitments by delivering the services and documents that our customers pay for.

    We maintain open communication channels through email and phone, with a representative available to assist you. Our website is fully legitimate, allowing you to make purchases that can be tracked through your bank. In case of any issues, you can dispute charges if services or documents are not rendered as promised. We offer multiple ways to ensure that our customers feel secure and confident when making transactions with us.

    We also reach out to new and existing business owners, as part of our outreach efforts, to help them navigate the steps necessary to run a successful business. Like many other companies and retailers, we send informational letters to local businesses, which include helpful reminders about important documents and deadlines. We understand that starting/running a business can be overwhelming, and we step in to assist with obtaining crucial documents. While it is true that some of these documents can be acquired independently, many people prefer to hire experts to save time and effort.

    We kindly suggest that in the future, before filing a complaint, you consider reaching out directly to the company you're concerned about to ask questions and clarify any doubts. While there are certainly fraudulent companies out there, we want to assure you that we are not one of them.

    Unfortunately, a complaint has now been filed against us with the BBB by someone who has never been a customer or had any meaningful interaction with our business. We understand your good intentions in trying to protect the public, but in this case, the warning was unnecessary and has harmed our reputation without any legitimate experience or grounds for the complaint.
    We hope this explanation helps clear up any concerns. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact our office during business hours. Otherwise, we would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider and retract your complaint. Thank you for your understanding.

    I was sent this mailing which seemed very official. I should have read it thoroughly but the part about it not being an official government document was greyed out. I paid nearly $400 for forms that are free or had already been filed. As a result, I was issued a second EIN number that is I don't need and will not be affiliated with my business.

    We agree that it is essential to thoroughly review all information before making a payment, particularly to ensure you understand who you are paying and the exact nature of the service you are purchasing. In this case, obtaining an EIN would not be necessary if you already have one. Unfortunately, it appears that our noticeclearly stating that we are not a government agencywas not fully read, nor was the description of the service you were purchasing.
    Although we maintain a no-refund policy, we are committed to upholding the integrity of our business. As such, we chose to honor your refund request, even though we incurred out-of-pocket expenses processing your order.
    We kindly advise that, moving forward, you take extra care when placing orders to ensure you fully understand the service you are purchasing.
