    Hello,

    I am responding to this complaint. I have looked thru our communication logs and and customer profile and do not see ant notes regarding previous requests wit the exception of this week,  I see someone came in this week and said they had wanted to cancel 3 months ago and the plan was discontinued.  I see the plan was last used in October on pay station #3.   We do request the that cancellations be in writing 7 days before the recharge on our receipts when the plans are purchased.  I do want to state that we would never refuse to cancel a customers plan.

    If she has the name of the person who refused to cancel her plan we would like to know

    we are willing to go back and refund up to 3 months.

    Hello,

      I have looked for any kind of note on cancellation in our communication logs and on the customers account.  I do see a gentleman came in and cancelled ***** and ******** accounts this week.  Those are the only notes I can see,  He stated they were to be cancelled 3 months ago not 9 months ago.  I do see this plan was used in October on pay station 3.

      Our receipts do request a written request 7 days before the next recharge. We would never refuse to cancel someone's account.   We would refund at least 3 months.

    We would like to know the name of the person who refused to cancel the pass and when that happened.

    Unfortunately I don't have dates from the multiple times that I stopped by asking that ny subscription be stopped. Several ***** men wrote my name down on a post it note when I stopped in but that is as far as it ever got. I was always told that no one there knew how to do the transaction  nor did they have a phone number to refer me to for assistance. 

    I moved from that area last August  and tried multiple times since then. I would still like a refund

    These transactions are from a different account that we already settled. We have not been reimbursed for our other card on file for the nearly YEARS worth of charges we have argued for cancellation on.

    We are not satisfied with this conclusion.

    Today 02/02/2025 @ 1616 I went to nascar car wash is what it says on the building. I emailed nascar car wash who replied theyre only in **************. So I look at the receipt it says Keywest Autospa. I went to get my car washed and it did a horrible job and I just wanted my $20 back and Ill never use them again to wash my car. I had to dry my car off because the dryers didnt do much of a job, soap was left all over my car, I paid for tire shine and it didnt even clean my tires let alone shine them (the tire shine didnt distribute evenly) didnt do anything for the rims. It took me 45 mins to dry my car off wipe off the dirt and clean my own rims. I have pictures and the receipt. Ill put the receipt number below.

    Hello,

       I am sorry to hear about this.  We gladly rewash anyone who is not happy with their wash.  We do not keep cash at the site but if a refund is needed we send them to the station next door.

    We are did rebrand recently .  The building signs were replaced the end of December and the express pay terminal screens were updated with the new names the middle of January.  I am sorry she reached the location but if she would have spoken to someone at the Wash or the Gas Station next door we would have taken care of her.
